Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can contact us with proof of purchase, clear pictures and clear videos of the product to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The package has to be in Original packaging. Returns: Keep in mind that returning items to our warehouses may take longer than expected. This means it could take up to approximately 10-30 days or more for the product to make its way back to us. Please be patient during the timeframe, we understand all our customers, you are our top priority. You can always contact us for any return

Damages And Issues With Your Product

​Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. We need a video of the product as well as pictures.

Exchanges / Replacements

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know immediately after the refund begins. On approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
